Home prices are up again for most markets. Buyer demand remains strong and seller activity remains low. Mortgage rates, while up from recent lows, end the year close to .75% lower than a year ago, slightly improving affordability and offset rising home prices.

- Pending Sales increased 22.3% to 3,072
- Inventory decreased 23.9% to 7,416

For the month of December:
- Median Sales Price increased 12.1% to $265,675
- List to Close decreased 5.9% year-over-year to 96 days
- Percent of Original List Price Received decreased 0.6% year-over-year to 97.2%
- Months Supply of Homes for Sale decreased 29.2% year-over-year to 1.7 months
